The Brief
Government agencies, NGOs, and field teams across our markets were running inspections, surveys, and registrations on paper, or on consumer survey tools that assume a connection a rural field visit rarely has. Every new use case meant building — or re-building — the same offline data-capture problem from scratch.
What We Built
Field Platform is our reusable, offline-first data-collection platform: one core system — authentication, forms, workflow, dashboard, reports, notifications, documents, API — that different sector solutions configure rather than rebuild.
- Fully offline form-filling: GPS, photos, QR/barcode scans, and signatures captured on-device
- Automatic sync the moment a connection is available, with no manual export step
- Configurable approval workflows that route submissions to the right reviewer
- Live dashboards and reports built from the same field data, not a separate re-entry step
One Platform, Different Solutions
The same underlying system now powers mobile inspections, school inspections, farmer registration, citizen registration, and NGO beneficiary management. Each solution customises its forms, workflow, and terminology — none of them rebuild the platform underneath.
This is the same philosophy behind Landflix, our real estate platform: build the reusable core once, and let each vertical be a configuration of it rather than a separate project.
Results
Field Platform lets us take on a new sector — a new inspection type, a new registration programme — as a configuration exercise measured in weeks, not a from-scratch build measured in months.
