About IRFAtech

What does IRFAtech mean?

IRFAtech stands for Integrated Resources For Automation & Technology. We're a digital transformation partner founded by Mohammed Irfan, helping businesses, governments, and NGOs replace manual processes with connected digital systems.

Who do you work with?

Small and mid-sized businesses across retail, healthcare, education, and distribution — plus governments, NGOs, and international organisations for field data collection. Mainly in India and Timor-Leste, with clients scaling globally.

What's Landflix?

Landflix is our flagship SaaS platform for real estate technology and digital property management — both a product in its own right and proof of what our stack can build.

Is IRFAtech a registered company or a freelancer?

IRFAtech is a founder-led technology consultancy. You work directly with the team building your system, not a sales layer between you and the engineers.

Where are you based?

We operate out of Kolkata, India and Dili, Timor-Leste, and work with clients remotely worldwide.

Do you only build ERP systems?

No — ERP is one of eight services. We also build AI/workflow automation, custom software, WhatsApp automation, CRM systems, business websites, mobile apps, and provide ongoing maintenance.

Is WhatsApp automation compliant with WhatsApp's policies?

Yes. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), so messaging stays within Meta's business messaging policies rather than unofficial workarounds.

Can I own the code and data?

Yes. Custom builds are yours — the code, the database, and the systems it runs on. We're transparent about this in the proposal before work starts.

How do you price a project?
