The Brief
Real estate technology in the markets we serve tends to be either expensive, enterprise-grade software built for large developers, or a patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper listings held together by habit. There wasn’t a real estate platform sized for the businesses actually operating day to day in this space — so we built one.
What We Built
Landflix is IRFAtech’s own SaaS platform for digital property management and real estate technology: property listings, management workflows, and the day-to-day tools a small real estate operation needs to stay organised, without requiring a dedicated IT department to run it.

Why We Built It Ourselves
Landflix is both a product in its own right and a proof point. It’s the clearest evidence we can offer that our stack builds things meant to last, not just meant to launch — because we run it, support it, and depend on it exactly the way our clients depend on the systems we build for them.
Results
Landflix runs as a live product today, and the discipline of operating it — support commitments, scope control, choosing a stack for the long term rather than the newest option — now shapes how we scope every client engagement.
