Most of our work happens behind the scenes of someone else’s business — an ERP rollout, a WhatsApp automation build, a CRM nobody outside the company ever sees. Landflix is different: it’s ours, front to back, and it’s taught us more about building durable systems than almost any client project.
Why we built it
Real estate technology in the markets we serve tends to be either expensive, enterprise-grade software built for large developers, or a patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper listings held together by habit. We saw the gap between those two and built Landflix to sit in it: a digital property management and real estate technology platform sized for the businesses actually operating in this space day to day.
It’s both a product in its own right and a proof point. Every client who asks what our stack can actually build gets the same answer: come look at what we built for ourselves.
What building our own product taught us
Being the client as well as the builder changes how you think about a system. A few things that shaped how we now approach every engagement:
- Support isn’t optional once real users depend on something. Running our own product means we feel every rough edge directly, which is part of why every client system now ships with an SLA-backed support plan by default, not as an upsell.
- Scope discipline matters more than feature count. It’s tempting to keep adding to your own product forever. Landflix taught us to ship a focused version and grow it deliberately — the same discipline we now apply to keeping client proposals to what actually solves the problem.
- The stack has to hold up over years, not just at launch. Odoo, Laravel, and Vue.js were chosen for Landflix the same way we choose them for clients: for the ecosystem and long-term maintainability, not because they were the newest option available.
What Landflix actually does
At its core, Landflix handles digital property listings, management workflows for the people running a real estate operation, and the day-to-day tools that keep a portfolio of properties organised — built to be usable by a small team, not just a large enterprise with a dedicated IT department.
What it means for you as a client
If you’re evaluating us for an ERP rollout, a custom build, or an automation project, Landflix is the clearest evidence we can offer that we build things meant to last, not just meant to launch. It’s not a demo — it’s a product we run, support, and improve, under the same standards we apply to everything else we build.
