Field data collection that works with no signal at all

An offline-first platform for surveys, inspections, and registrations — collect in the field with no connection, sync when you're back online.

The challenge

Government agencies, NGOs, and field teams collect enormous amounts of data — surveys, inspections, registrations, assessments — often in places with no reliable internet connection. Paper forms get lost, damaged, or transcribed with errors weeks after the fact; consumer survey apps assume a connection that a rural field visit doesn't have.

The result is data that arrives late, arrives wrong, or doesn't arrive at all — and decisions get made without it.

Our approach

  • Fully offline data capture — forms work with zero connectivity — GPS location, photos, QR scans, and signatures all captured on-device.

  • Automatic sync when connected — data uploads the moment a signal is available, with no manual export step for field staff to remember.

  • Built-in approval workflow — submissions route to the right reviewer automatically, instead of sitting in an inbox.

  • One platform, reconfigured per use case — the same underlying system powers inspections, surveys, and registrations — only the forms and terminology change.

What you get

Works with zero signal

Field staff collect data exactly where the work happens, connection or not.

Verifiable by design

GPS, timestamp, and photo evidence attached to every submission automatically.

Data you can act on

Dashboards and reports built from the same data, not a separate re-entry step.

How it works

The platform runs the same workflow regardless of what’s being collected — an inspection, a census, a beneficiary survey:

  1. Assign work — a supervisor assigns forms and locations to field staff from a central dashboard.
  2. Collect offline — field staff fill out forms on a phone or tablet, with no connection required.
  3. Capture evidence — GPS coordinates, photos, QR/barcode scans, and signatures are attached directly to each submission.
  4. Sync to the cloud — the moment a connection is available, submissions upload automatically in the background.
  5. Route for approval — each submission moves through a configurable approval workflow to the right reviewer.
  6. Dashboard & analytics — approved data feeds live dashboards and reports, without a manual re-entry step anywhere in the chain.

This is the same reusable platform behind mobile inspections, farmer registration, citizen registration, and beneficiary management — the forms, workflow, and terminology change per use case; the underlying system doesn’t need rebuilding each time.
