These terms govern your use of irfatech.in (the “site”) and form the baseline for any work you engage IRFATECH (“we”, “us”, “our”) to carry out. A signed proposal or statement of work for a specific project takes precedence over anything here where the two differ.
Using the site
The site and its content are provided for general information. We keep it accurate and available where we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Content and intellectual property
All text, design, code samples, and graphics on the site belong to IRFATECH or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view and share pages for your own reference; you may not republish or reproduce substantial parts of the site without our permission.
Engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms are set out in the proposal or statement of work for that project. Unless that document says otherwise:
- Estimates are based on the information available when we prepare them; a material change in scope may change the fee and timeline.
- Third-party costs — licences, hosting, paid APIs — are billed at cost or as stated in the proposal.
- On full payment, deliverables and custom code produced specifically for you are assigned to you, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, which we retain and license to you for use in the delivered system.
Warranties and liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
